A lot of people today are suffering with the problem of heavy weight due to poor diet style.  Heavy weight causes various diseases in our future life. Every person thought about this but not get perfect solution. Today i will try to solve out the heavy weight problem by taking physicals exercise with proper diet.

        I believe that if you want to loss weight you should take physical exercise beside diet. Actually I think physical exercise is necessary to reduce body weight. For this the best solution is gym. You can get all instrument for taking physical exercise here. Without gym we can take physical exercise from home and outdoor also. Which is same effective to loss weight. Mind it that take physical exercise and proper diet can loss weight.

     Climbing stair is more useful from other exercise if you take it half an hours daily. It is little difficult for healthy and over ages people.
